This occurs with me as well (iPhone 6); I use either Pandora or iHeartRadio at times; and sometimes it connects correctly and sometimes UConnect asks me to open the phone app (which does not help anyway). I have a new Charger which I do not think needs a UConnect update - and I believe my iOS is the latest. This is about more than T-Mobile, though At least T-Mobile isn't making Pandora and Apple pay for the privilege of preferred data. Such is the case with AT&T ( NYSE:T ) and its Sponsored Data service. I have full bars and plenty of data on my Droid Turbo. Pandora will not play unless I am connected to WiFi. Tried everything I could find using Google. Hope you guys can give me something new.
