I've got a full-fledged Sonos setup, my comments: If you are using ANY sort of auto-channel-switching on 2.4GHz, don't do it. Sonos's mesh networking can't deal with channel changes at all. Open the Sonos app. Select Set up a new Sonos system. Sign into your existing Sonos account, or select Create account to create a new one. Select Continue to proceed with the setup process. Select Standard setup for your Sonos One to continue. Select Next to proceed with Standard setup. Your Sonos One should already be powered on.
