When I started Google Hangouts in Chrome to do a video chat, I got a popup asking if I wished to disable and block the camera. I thought this was Hangouts asking me, but have since learned it was Windows 10 asking me. So when I said "Yes" now my mic and camera never work in Hangouts. My hangouts sound notification also doesn’t work. It’s set in settings to play a sound but no sound plays when messages are sent. I’m actually wondering if this is an Android system problem sound notifications aren’t working for carrier phone number emails even though notifications are set to sound.
